Jess Collins grew up as a third-generation missionary across Southeast Asia — Myanmar, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong. She didn't just study cross-cultural ministry. She lived it.

Today she leads Online Bible College — a global institution she rebuilt from the ground up. OBC operates on a radical zero-tuition model, because the gospel is free. That's not a marketing line. It's a conviction that shapes every decision.
